Rule Makers Set Down Rules For Rule Making

I was sent this link today from a friend, a chance to create a video for the EPA about how making regulations are like, awesome man! The introduction reads like some sort of dystopian world imagined by Orwell and makes you wonder who in their right mind would want the government to help “set the price of the coffee you drink.” While reading through the founders letters and documents (not to mention the Constitution) I must have missed the part about the government needing to do that. Of particular note is the extensive list of rules that one has to follow to make a movie about rules. No irony there. Anyways, if anyone ever wanted to get into the propaganda biz, I advise that you head on over and give it your best.
